Mastering Art of Drawing.

Suwan and Anchalee are not just turned 22 months old. They like to paint and draw a lot. Many times, they run away with crayons and draw on walls before I can catch them. This becomes like a game to them. They think it's funny to see me chase after them and try to take the crayons away. When they see me come after them, they would run back to the table and says "paper, paper", so that I wouldn't take the paint away from them.
To eliminate some of this problem, I brought washable crayons which do not last as long as the nonwashable one. I brought magnetic drawing pads for them and they seem to enjoy using them.
It is pretty impressive that they know how to draw faces and shapes already at this age. They like to observe when I show them. I got a chance to take some of the picture that they drew and share with you guys.

Oh no! There's poop in the shower! Who done it?

This morning I put the twins in the shower just as I normally do. They enjoyed playing with cups and taping on the water. As I was picking up toys and stuffs on the floor while waiting for them to finish up, I heard the two of them yelling and screaming. I didn't quite get it until I opened the shower door. Anchalee, the younger twin was tiptoeing and backing up against one corner while Suwan, the older one was doing the same on the opposite corner. Both of them looked horrify and tried to get away from what appeared to be scattered piles of POOP on a shower floor! They both were yelling "BOOP" alternately and pointed to the accident on the floor. I knew right away that was Suwan. She did the same thing yesterday after she finished her shower. This time she poopped right in the middle of it.
As soon as I opened the shower door, everyone wanted to run off. I told them to wait inside and washed off first. I guest most of parents probably have some similar experiences like mine. You probably can imagine how the rest would end.

I am planning to potty train the girls in the spring when it gets little warmer. By that time they will be two years old and more ready for the training.

I'd never thought that I would be written about baby poop and share it with people. To me it just so funny to she the girls' reaction to this incident. They were so afraid of stepping on it. I should be thankful that they didn't play with it. LOL.
