New Car Seat Regulations
Parents must read ! To all new parents out there if you haven't heard about the new car seat regulations now it's the time. The new policies published by American Academy of Pediatrics recommended infant should stay on rear facing car seat until he or she reaches the age of two. The previous recommendation was to turn an infant forward shortly after the age of one and 20 lbs. The children should ride in booster car seats until she or he reaches the height of 4 feet 9 inches which is usually between the age of 8-12. Only then they will be able to sit in the front seat.
Each States has different law regarding child safety seat. So please check with your state for more details.
