Songkran Festival 2009 at Wat Thai DC

This year Songkran Festival at Wat Thai DC will be on Sunday April 12, 2009. I know a lot of people had missed it in the past years because Thai New Year is April 13 and a lot of time the festival took place before it actual date. My husband and I usually go there every year but we missed the festival 2 years in the row. I've heard that the best way to get to Wat Thai is to take a red line metro to Glenmont Station and wait for the bus to pick you up to the temple. You can't park in front of the temple any longer. (see google map). I think I will try taking metro this year.
