I had a plan in my head before the halloween that I will take the girls out to a friend's house. I would dress them up in a little red and gold chinese outfits that their daddy bought from China. They would look so cute. Then came two days before halloween, Suwan didn't feel very well. She had low grade fever and then break out into rashes all over her on halloween day. I didn't want to expose her to anyone since we didn't know for sure what the rashes were. It turned out to be non contangious rashes that commonly appear after viral infection and fever. Anyway, we all didn't go out for trick a treat but had our movie night instead. I did made thai outfits for the girls, but they hated to wear them. They had them on for few minutes then ripped them off.
The twins are now almost 18 month-old. As they are getting older, I find myself having less time to do anything else. They want to explore the world and everything they can get their hands on. I am taking them out walking around the neighborhood and playground. This morning we went out in the back yard. They found a plant pot with soil in it and they started digging out dirt and put it all over the deck and themselves as well.
The good thing about having twins is that they always have a playmate. Sometimes, they fight and sometimes they just so nice to each other. They are very competitive. But I love seeing them doing thing together everyday!
Don't worry, there will be plenty of other halloween nights that they can trick or treat. They are very cute. I am sure they keep you very busy. Enjoy each momet time goes so quickly.
