After signing up with SBI, I got a chance to learn little more about it and I like to share it with you. I'm in a process of learning SBI 10- days- course of the right way of website building. I've been studying the 2nd day for 3 days now and still working on finding the right concept for my niche.
SBI (Site Build It) provides a powerful tool called "Brainstorm It!" to help web developer finds the right concept for the website. Brainstorm It will help compare up to 3 possible concepts. It will gather popular keywords that are related to each concepts. You then be able to identify which concept is the most suitable for you from your analysis. Don't worry, you only need to watch video for a couple times to get this. Just follow the instruction step by step and you'll get it. After you find the right concept or niche that most suitable for you (enjoyable, profitable, time available, ect.) then you're ready to get deeper into your Master Key Word lists. I know, this is not as simple as peeling a banana. It's not one of those get rich quick building website. It's a hard work building an online business and it takes time and dedication. Like SBI says it "It takes BAM (brain and motivation) to succeed.

I see you have sites hosted at WhyPark...I'm wondering why you don't just use it to build a website that works. If you use the bulk add feature (which you can use even if you're adding only one site), it will select good paying keywords for you. Its then a simple process to tweek the template and add some unique content and maybe some product reviews for sonme affiliate links.
